New to Fulling Mill for 2016 are the Clear Silicone Fly Boxes, a new take on the extremely popular Tactical Slimline range, a definite winner and great addition to our range of Fulling Mill Fly Boxes.
As the name suggests, we’ve used a silicone insert rather than foam to ensure these fly boxes hold your favourite patterns tightly and securely over many fishing trips. The issue with foam is that with continued use, it loses it’s density and will eventually fail, whereas silicone keeps its shape. The clear lid also lets you see your fly collection with ease.
Holding a maximum of 77 flies, the dimensions of the Small Clear Silicone Fly Box are as follows: 10 x 85 x 19 mm – The perfect fly box for any angler looking to travel light, carrying as little fishing tackle as possible. Price: £7.50
With 168 perfectly spaced slots, the Large Clear Silicone Fly Box will hold a range of patterns for any eventuality. Measuring 190 x 110 x 19 mm, it’s comfortably fits into any jacket pocket. Price: £8.50
