Read on for an overview of some exciting new patterns available on our website and at Fulling Mill dealers near you!

2026 Catalogue Additions

As if we didn’t have enough options already, we launched a bunch of new fly patterns for 2026. We added new flies from Signature Tyer Rob Edmunds, and welcome three new faces to our Signature Tyer program: Gareth Lewis, Gregoire Juglaret, and Ollie Bassett. Whether it be dry flies and emergers, tactical nymphs for technical river fishing, or baitfish patterns for sea bass and other saltwater species, each of these new tyers brings something different and useful to our catalogue.

In addition to trout flies for stillwaters and river fishing, we expanded our range of predator flies and saltwater patterns. If you enjoy chasing a variety of species around the world, our catalogue has you covered, no matter the destination. Read on for a new fly overview for 2026!

Flies from Signature Tyer Gareth Lewis

Gareth Lewis is from South Wales, UK, and is a professionally qualified game angling instructor and fly fishing guide. Gareth is an author and contributes to various fly fishing publications. He is a valuable member of Fulling Mill’s Signature Tyer and Pro Community programs, and we welcome his patterns to our 2026 catalogue! Check out a sampling of some of Gareth’s patterns we now offer!

Flies from Signature Tyer Gregoire Juglaret

Gregoire Juglaret is a member of the highly successful French fly fishing team. Gregoire’s patterns are supremely effective, and we are very proud to add them to our range. Here, we’ve provided a sample of some of the new patterns we’ve added to the catalogue from Gregoire Juglaret.

Flies from Signature Tyer Ollie Bassett

Ollie Bassett is located in Tauranga, New Zealand, and is the current national fly fishing champion. Ollie has fished in five world fly fishing championships as a member of the New Zealand fly fishing team, finishing in the top ten individually in 2024 & 2025. We are thrilled to offer some of the flies Ollie finds success with! See below for a sample of some of the patterns we now offer.

2026 New Stillwater Flies

We’ve added a ton of new stillwater fly patterns from Signature Tyer Rob Edmunds. With over 30 years in fly fishing, Rob Edmunds has been a creative force behind iconic patterns like the Nemo and Tequila Blob. A decorated competitor with 11 international titles, Rob continues to push boundaries in both fly tying and competition angling. The flies below are just a taste of what’s to come. Stay tuned for more on our stillwater additions, including more streamers, lures, boobys and blobs from Signature Tyer Rob Edmunds.

New Predator Flies & Big Fish Specials

If you like chasing pike and other toothy critters, you just might find these new flies useful. Fishing for species like pike requires anglers to have adequate gear. From the right fly lines, rod, leaders & traces, and of course, flies. Every part of the system has to be dialed and durable. Our new predator flies are not only built with durability in mind, but they’re sure to trigger strikes from pike and other predatory fish when presented properly.

Updated Stealth Perch Jigs

A highly mobile fly, tied with materials that pulse naturally in the water. Lightly weighted at the front to exaggerate the movement of an injured or dying baitfish, it’s tied in two of the most trusted and tested colours — gold and silver. Fish it with a strip-and-stop technique: cast out and allow the fly to sink through the water column. A few erratic strips will bring it back up through the water, then pause and let it drop again. Repeat the process — and hold on tight!

New Saltwater Flies

For good reason, saltwater fly fishing is growing in popularity across the globe! Saltwater fly fishing offers unique challenges for fly anglers and opens the door to some remarkable destinations. Saltwater fly fishing no longer solely means getting on a plane and traveling to some destination location. More than ever, anglers are looking for saltwater fly fishing opportunities close to home. For many anglers, this may be European sea bass, mullet, or even pollock and cod. If you like to fish for species like bonefish, permit, triggerfish, and other species found in the tropics, our growing assortment of saltwater flies has something for you, too.

Updated Andino Deceivers

The Andino Deceiver is the ultimate fly for targeting predatory saltwater fish. Although designed for saltwater species, the Andino Deciever works for freshwater predators like pike, too. Tied on the reputable size 4/0 SL12’s, these flies are plenty sturdy!

Capt. Phil’s Slinky Clousers

The Slinky Clouser is a highly successful Sea Bass pattern, along with a range of other saltwater fish species. Captain Phil Dolivet of Brittany Fly Fishing has been instrumental in developing these three new and highly successful colour combinations. If you plan to chase sea bass along the coast of the UK & Europe, these slinky clousers are a must-have.

New Flexo Crab, Micro Flexo & Trigger Flexo Orange

The Flexo Crab is one of the most effective crab patterns. We are now offering this pattern in the new “in colour” orange.  The orange version of this crab pattern has been highly successful, especially in destinations located in and around the Seychelles. The Flexo Crab is tied on the SL12 hook, while the Micro Flexo utilizes our new Universal Salt Hook, and the Trigger Flexo uses the Owner Fly Liner hook for ultimate durability for targeting Trigger fish.

Beadchain Crab (Olive & Tan)

The Beadchain Crab is a small, lightweight crab pattern, perfect for targeting both Bonefish and Permit on skinny flats where a heavily weighted pattern will spook the fish. This pattern has been tied on the Fulling Mill Universal Salt Hook.

Avalon Shrimp & Tungsten Avalon

The Avalon is one of the most successful bonefish and permit patterns over the last few seasons, designed to sink quickly and stay hook-pointing upwards due to the beaded keel. Has accounted for many Cuban permit who readily feed on big shrimps. The tungsten version is tied with Tungsten Dumbbells to allow it get down in deep water or heavy tidal flow.

Get On the Water

This article serves as an overview, and we will be sure to share more on each new Signature Tyer in the weeks ahead. We invite you to put our new flies to the test on your home waters or wherever you plan to fish in the new year! From new nymph patterns, dry flies, emergers, and stillwater patterns, our trout fly assortment is stronger than ever. Got saltwater fly fishing on the mind? Check out our sea bass flies, or shrimp and crab flies if you’re heading south for some flats fishing.

We selected the best of the fly submissions we received so you can tie them on and fish with confidence. No matter where you’re fishing, we’re certain you can fill your box with productive patterns that fool fish time and time again. We hope you find lots of time to get out and fish in 2026!
